Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the game SALVO MAYHEM and its related websites and services (the "Service"), operated by 2INBAY LLC ("we", "us"). By playing the game or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You may play as a guest — guest progress is stored on your device or browser and expires after roughly 30 days of inactivity — or create an account by signing in with a supported provider (such as Google or Apple). You are responsible for the security of the sign-in method you use. Signing in on a new device may sign you out elsewhere. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account.

2. Points and virtual items

The Service uses a virtual currency ("points") and virtual items. Points and items are a limited, revocable license to use features of the game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable outside the Service. Except where required by law, purchases of points are final and non-refundable. We may change the price, availability, or effect of points and items to keep the game balanced.

3. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, use automation or unauthorized third-party tools, interfere with the Service or other players, or attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours. Match results are determined by our servers; the server's resolution of a match is final. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, which may include forfeiting points and items.

4. Your conduct

Display names and any other content you provide must not be unlawful, hateful, or impersonate others. We may change or remove names or content that violate this.

5. Service changes and availability

The game is in active development. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including during and after test or "soft launch" periods — with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or changes to game balance, content, or progression.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account and data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2INBAY LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, points, or items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
